Resolution 07573CITY OF ALAMEDA RESOLUTION NO, 7573 APPROVING DISPOSAL OF CERTAIN RECORDS OF FIRST AID STATION WHEREAS, operation of the City's First Aid Station has been terminated, and emergency medical services are now provided by the Alameda Hospital; and WHEREAS, it is hereby found and determined records of said Station which are more than five years old are no longer required to be kept; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that, with consent of the City Attorney hereinbelow affixed, the City Manager is hereby authorized to destroy and dispose of all patient-treatment records of said First Aid Station, when such records are or become five years old, and he is further authorized to effect like disposal and destruction of other documents, files or papers relating to such records. * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to Section 34090, Government Code of California, I hereby consent to the action approved above.
