CITY OF ALAMEDA RESOLUTION NO. 7591
ADOPTING SPECIFICATIONS FOR FURNISHING TO THE CITY OF ALAMEDA
ONE (1) NEW, 1970 MODEL, 2 TON, 2-1/2 CUBIC YARD DUMP TRUCK
WITH DUAL REAR WHEELS COMPLETE WITH HOIST AND DUMP BODY INSTALLED
FOR THE GOLF COURSE, CALLING FOR BIDS AND DIRECTING CITY CLERK
TO ADVERTISE SAME
RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that the Specifications and Provisions for
furnishing to the City of Alameda one (1) new, 1970 model, 2 ton, 2-1/2 cubic yard dump truck with
dual rear wheels complete with hoist and dumo body installed for the Golf Course, No. MS 2-70-4, filed
in the office of the City Clerk on February 3, 1970, be, and the same are hereby approved and adopted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Council of the City of Alameda will receive sealed bids up to
the hour of 11:00 o'clock a.m. on WEDNESDAY, FEBRUARY 25, 1970, for the furnishing to the City of said
truck, in accordance with said Specifications and Provisions. Bids must he presented to the City Clerk,
in the City Hall, Alameda, California, under sealed cover and plainly marked on the outside, "Pronosal
for one (1) new 2 ton dump truck for the Golf Department," or similar designation.
Contract, if awarded, will be awarded subject to the provisions of the Charter of said City,
to the responsible bidder who submits the lowest and best bid. The right is reserved to reject any or
all bids.
The City Clerk is hereby directed to advertise, in the Alameda Times-Star, a notice calling
for sealed bids, in accordance with the provisions of this resolution and of said Specifications and
Provisions.

I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly
introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the
3rd day of February, 1970, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Fore, Levy, Longaker, McCall and President La Croix, Jr., (5).
NOES: None,
ABSENT: None.
