CITY OF ALAMEDA RESOLUTION NO, 7595
APPROVING FINAL MAP OF SUBDIVISION KNOWN AS TRACT 3105,
AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT FOR CONSTRUCTION OF
PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS THEREIN, APPROVING FAITHFUL PERFORMANCE
BOND AS TO SUFFICIENCY, AND ACCEPTING CERTAIN EASEMENTS AND
PARCELS OF LAND (PAN-PACIFIC DEVELOPMENT COMPANY, A CALIFORNIA
CORPORATION, SUBDIVIDER)
WHEREAS, pursuant to Article 1, Chapter 3, Title XI of the Alameda Municipal Code, there
has heretofore been filed with and approved by the Council a Tentative Man of that certain proposed
subdivision known as Tract 3105; and
WHEREAS, Pan-Pacific Development Company, a California corporation, subdivider herein, has
presented to the Council for approval a Final Map of that proposed subdivision known as Tract 3105; and
WHEREAS, said subdivider has entered into an agreement with the City of Alameda to construct
and complete the public improvements in said subdivision and to post with the City Clerk of the City of
Alameda a bond in the amount of $155,800.00 to guarantee full and faithful performance of said work, all
in accordance with said Article; and
WHEREAS, said Final Map delineates thereon certain easements and parcels of land dedicated
for public use;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that the Final Map of
Tract 3105 be, and hereby is approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the agreement for construction and completion of the public
improvements in said subdivision, and all its terms and conditions, be and hereby is approved, and the
City Manager and the City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute and attest to, respectively, said
agreement on behalf of the City of Alameda.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the bond in the sum of $155,800,00, guaranteeing full and faithful
performance of the subdivider's said public improvements construction contract, is hereby approved as
sufficient in amount.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said easements and parcels of land dedicated to the public are
hereby accepted, on behalf of the public, for use in conformity with the terms of the offers of dedication.

introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the
17th day of February, 1970, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Fore, Levy, Longaker and McCall, (4).
NOES: None.
ABSTAINING: President La Croix, Jr., (1).
ABSENT: None.
