APPROVING PARCEL MAP 584 FOR DIVISION OF PROPERTY ON ISLAND
DRIVE JUST NORTH OF FIR AVENUE, AND PERMITTING RECORDING
THEREOF (JONES - TILLSON & ASSOCIATES FOR ANTHONY [480810
AND EDWARD LAGORIO)
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that pursuant to Section 11-319.1
of the Alameda Municipal Code, Parcel Map (Property Division Map) No. 584, being a division of
Parcel 2 of Parcel Map No. 442, heretofore accepted and approved by the Planning Board, and involving
no public improvements, is hereby approved and permission given to subdivider to record same subject
to the conditions set forth in the City Engineer's report to the City Planning Board of the City of
Alameda dated April 24, 1970.

I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly
introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the
5th day of May, 1970, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Levy, Longaker, McCall and President La Croix, Jr., (4).
NHS: None.
ABSENT: Councilman Fore, (1).
