CITY OF ALAMEDA RESOLUTION NO. 7619
ACCEPTING EASEMENT DEDICATED BY PARCEL MAP NO. 567
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 7611, duly adopted by this Council on April 21, 1970, the City
of Alameda approved that certain Parcel Map No. 567 for division of Lot 1, Block 13, Tract 1866, in
said City, and permitted subdivider thereof to record same, subject to the conditions set forth in
the City Engineer's report to the Planning Board dated March 27, 1970; and
WHEREAS, said Parcel Map No. 567 delineated thereon a certain easement dedicated for public
use;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that said easement
dedicated for public use is hereby accepted, on behalf of the public, in conformity with tne terms
of the offer of dedication.

I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly
introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the
19th day of May, 1970, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Fore, Levy, Longaker, McCall and President La Croix, Jr., (5).
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
