APPROVING MAP SHOWING LOCATIONS OF PROPOSED CITY STREET
CONSTRUCTION WORK TO BE PERFORMED WITH 1970-71 FISCAL
YEAR MONEYS PAYABLE BY COUNTY OF ALAMEDA UNDER "MAYORS'
FORMULA," AND DERIVED FROM STATE HIGHWAY USERS TAX FUND
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that the certain map, designated
as City Engineer's Drawing 6501B-301, entitled "County Gas Tax Funds 1970-71," which shows the
locations of proposed city street construction work to be performed, using 1970-71 fiscal year
moneys to be paid to the City by the County of Alameda under the Highway Users Tax Fund of the
State of California, is hereby approved, and the City Engineer is hereby authorized to make appro-
priate application to the County of Alameda for funds in accordance therewith.

I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly
introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the
3rd day of June, 1970, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Fore, Levy, Longaker, McCall and President La Croix, Jr., (5).
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
