CITY OF ALAMEDA RESOLUTION NO. 7636
ORDERING CANCELLATION AND REFUND OF REAL AND PERSONAL
PROPERTY TAXES ERRONEOUSLY LEVIED AND COLLECTED
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that pursuant to Articles 1 and 2,
Chapter 9, Title III, of the Alameda Municipal Code, and upon the written recommendation of the Auditor
and ex-officio Assessor, it is hereby ordered the following real and personal property taxes heretofore
erroneously levied and collected be cancelled and the specified amounts refunded:
