CITY OF ALAMEDA RESOLUTION NO. 7638
REQUESTING PAYMENT BY THE FISCAL AGENT OF THE AMOUNT HELD IN
THE OFF-STREET PARKING SURPLUS REVENUE FUND TO THE GENERAL
FUND OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA
WHEREAS, pursuant to Article V, Section 5.08(6) of Resolution No. 5312, authorizing the
issuance of City of Alameda Off-Street Parking Revenue Bonds, the City's Fiscal Agent, Bank of America
National Trust and Savings Association, has accumulated certain amounts in the Surplus Revenue Fund; and
WHEREAS, said resolution provides that the City Council may, by resolution, request the Fiscal
Agent to transfer to the General Fund of the City, to be used for any lawful purposes, any or all moneys
in the Surplus Revenue Fund;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that the Fiscal Agent be,
and it is hereby, requested to pay over from the Surplus Revenue Fund to the General Fund of the City of
Alameda, to be used for any lawful purposes, the amount of $24,000.00, or so much thereof as may be
available in said Surplus Revenue Fund as of June 23, 1970.

I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly
introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the
16th day of June, 1970, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Fore, Levy, McCall and President La Croix, Jr., (4).
NOES: None.
ABSENT: Councilman Longaker, (1).
