Resolution 0764233 CITY OF ALAMEDA RESOLUTION NO. 7642 DESIGNATING FRIDAY, JULY 3, 1970, AS CITY HOLIDAY BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that, notwithstanding any provision to the contrary, Friday, July 3, 1970, be and hereby is designated and proclaimed a holiday of the City. * * * * * * * * * * I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in special meeting assembled on the 30th day of June, 1970, by the following vote, to wit: AYES: Councilmen Fore, Levy, Longaker and President La Croix, Jr., (4).
