CITY OF ALAMEDA RESOLUTION NO. 7669
APPROVING PARCEL MAP 624 FOR MODIFICATION OF LOT LINES ON
SHOREPOINT COURT, AND PERMITTING RECORDING THEREOF (JACK
FILINICK - SUBDIVIDER)
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that pursuant to Section 11-319.1 of
the Alameda Municipal Code, Parcel Map (Property Division Map) No. 624, being a modification of the
lot lines of Lots 3, 4, 7 and 8 of Tract 3069 located on Shorepoint Court, heretofore accepted and
approved by the Planning Board, and involving no public improvements, is hereby approved and permission
given to subdivider to record same subject to the conditions set forth in the City Engineer's report
to the City Planning Board of the City of Alameda dated August 20, 1970.

I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly
introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the
1st day of September, 1970, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Fore, Levy, Longaker, McCall and President La Croix, Jr., (5).
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
