Resolution 0768082 CITY OF ALAMEDA RESOLUTION NO. 7680 DESIGNATING MONDAY, OCTOBER 12, 1970, AS HOLIDAY OF CITY, AND ELIMINATING TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 3, 1970, AS HOLIDAY BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that notwithstanding any provision to the contrary: (a) Monday, October 12, 1970, be and hereby is designated and proclaimed a holiday of the City; (b) Tuesday, November 3, 1970, be and hereby is declared not a holiday of the City. * * * * * * * * * * I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 6th day of October, 1970, by the following vete, to wit: AYES: Councilmen Fore, Levy, Longaker, McCall and President La Croix, Jr., (5).
