CITY OF ALAMEDA RESOLUTION NO. 7682
APPOINTING COMMISSIONER OF THE HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE
CITY OF ALAMEDA
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that pursuant to the provisions of
Part 2, Division 24, Health and Safety Code of California, WILLIAM S. GODFREY is hereby appointed
as a commissioner of the Housing Authority of the City of Alameda for a term expiring on May 15,
1973, to fill the unexpired term of Charles E. Butler, resigned, October 5, 1970, and to serve until
his successor is appointed and is qualified.

I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly
introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the
6th day of October, 1970, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Fore, Levy, Longaker, McCall and President La Croix, Jr., (5).
NOES: None,
ABSENT: None.
