CITY OF ALAMEDA RESOLUTION NO. 7696
APPOINTING RAYMOND D. MARTIN AUDITOR AND EX-OFFICIO ASSESSOR
OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA
WHEREAS, a vacancy exists in the office of Auditor and ex-officio Assessor,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that pursuant to
Section 2-7 of the Charter, RAYMCND 0, MARTIN be and hereby is appointed to the office of Auditor
and ex-officio Assessor of the City of Alameda, commencing upon appointment and qualification, and
for the term prescribed by Section 2-8 of said Charter, said term to commence January 1, 1971.

I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly
introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the
17th day of November, 1970, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Fore, Levy, Longaker, McCall and President La Croix, Jr., (5).
NOES: None.
