CITY OF ALAMEDA RESOLUTION NO. 7701
AUTHORIZING AMENDMENT OF CONCESSION AGREEMENT BETWEEN CITY
AND GEORGE E. FLOYD
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that the City Manager be and hereby
is authorized to execute, and the City Clerk to attest, on behalf of the City, an amendment to that
certain refreshment concession contract dated December 31, 1965, as amended June 7, 1967, between the
City and George E. Floyd, transacting business as "George Floyd Enterprises", said amendment to be
substantially in the form of that on file in the office of the City Clerk and marked "Filed December 1,
1970, and providing that the term of Concessionaire, as set forth in Paragraph 2 thereof, shall be
extended to, and shall end, December 31, 1973.

I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly
introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the
1st day of December, 1970, by the followinn vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Fore, Levy, Longaker, McCall and President La Croix, Jr., (5).
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
