AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT WITH UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT
FOR DEVELOPMENT AND OPERATION OF WOOD SCHOOL - RITTLER PARK AREA
3E IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that the Mayor and City Clerk be, and
hereby are, authorized to execute and attest to, respectively, on behalf of the City an agreement
with the Alameda Unified School District of Alameda County, which agreement provides for the development,
operation, use and maintenance of the proposed recreational facilities at and in the Will C. Wood
School - Rittler Park area, said agreement to be substantially in the form of that heretofore executed
by said District and on file in the office of the City Clerk marked, "Filed, December 15, 1970."
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly
introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the
15th day of December, 1970, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Levy, Longaker, McCall and President La Croix, Jr., (4).
NOES: None.
ABSENT: Councilman Fore, (1).
