APPOINTING BRUCE T. MITCHELL TO BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF BAY FARM
ISLAND RECLAMATION DISTRICT NO. 2105
WHEREAS, by its Resolution adopted November 19, 1970, the Board of Trustees of Bay Farm
Island Reclamation District No. 2105 recommended that this Council, under authority of Section 50604
of the Water Code of the State of California, fill a vacancy on said Board, caused by the resignation
of Trustee James B. Davis, by the appointment thereto of Bruce T. Mitchell; and
WHEREAS, said Board of Trustees represents to this Council that said prospective appointee
is in all respects qualified to serve as a Trustee of said District, and the Council relies upon said
representation in making this appointment;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that Bruce T. Mitchell
be and he hereby is appointed to the Board of Trustees of the Bay Farm Island Reclamation District
No. 2105, effective on the date of adoption of this Resolution.

introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the
