CITY OF ALAMEDA RESOLUTION NO. 7717
AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT WITH STATE OF
CALIFORNIA RELATING TO TRAFFIC CONTROL SYSTEM AND INSTALLATION
AND MAINTENANCE OF PAVEMENT MARKERS AND STRIPES, AND SUPER-
SEDING PRIOR AGREEMENT ENTERED INTO OCTOBER 21, 1969
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that the Mayor be and hereby is
authorized to execute on behalf of the City an agreement with the State of California, acting through
the Division of Highways of its Department of Public Works, which amends and supersedes a prior
agreement between said parties executed on October 21, 1969, as authorized by Resolution No. 7558
(and denominated "HQ Doc. File No. 1-224685"), providing for joint participation of costs and other
things in the installation, maintenance and control of certain traffic control systems, pavement
markers and stripes, and the City Clerk is directed to attest to same, said agreement to be substan-
tially in the form of that on file in the office of said City Clerk and marked, 'Filed, January 5,
1971."

introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the
5th day of January, 1971, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Fore, Levy, Longaker, McCall and President La Croix, Jr., (5).
