CITY OF ALAMEDA RESOLUTION NO. 7735
AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT WITH STATE OF CALIFORNIA,
ACTING THROUGH THE STATE PERSONNEL BOARD, FOR CITY PERSONNEL
SERVICES
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that the City Manager and City Clerk be,
and each hereby is, authorized to execute and to attest to, respectively, on behalf of the City, an
agreement between the City and the state of California, acting by and through its State Personnel Board,
providing for personnel services incident to the planning, scheduling, preparation, construction and
rating of written examinations as may be required by the City, said agreement to be substantially in the
form of that filed, including its Exhibits A and B and the Fair Employment Practices Addendum, in the
office of the City Clerk and marked "Filed, February 16, 1971."

I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly
introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the
16th day of February, 1971, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Fore, Levy, Longaker, McCall and President La Croix, Jr., (5).
NOES: None,
ABSENT: None.
