CITY OF ALAMEDA RESOLUTION NO. 7737
RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA CONGRATULATING
JACK AND MARIE FLEDDERMANN ON RECEIVING THE EAGLES' MR. AND MRS.
AWARD
WHEREAS, it has come to the attention of the Council of the City of Alameda that JACK and
MARIE FLEDDERMANN are the recipients of the "MR. AND MRS." Award of the Alameda Eagles Aerie No. 1075;
and
WHEREAS, Mr. and Mrs. Fleddermann have for many years participated actively in the social,
fraternal and cultural life of the City, particularly in the affairs of the Eagles Lodge and its auxiliary
organization, holding various offices and attaining the high positions of Worthy President and Madam
President for the terms of 1954-55 and 1956-57, respectively; and
WHEREAS, Mr. Fleddermann has earned recognition for his outstanding ability in the ritualistic
work of the Order and has brought honor and distinction to his Lodge by winning several awards in competi-
tion on this aspect of the organization,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Council of the City of Alameda hereby offers its
heartiest congratulations to this wonderful couple as they are selected as the MR. AND MRS, OF THE YEAR.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Council of the City of Alameda extends to Mr. and Mrs. Fledder-
mann best wishes for their continued good health and much happiness.
