ORDERING CANCELLATION OF REAL PROPERTY TAXES ERRONEOUSLY
LEVIED (SHORELINE PROPERTIES, INC.)
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that pursuant to Article 1, Chapter 9,
Title III, Section 3-912 (b), of the Alameda Municipal Code, and upon the written recommendation of the
Auditor and ex-officio Assessor, it is hereby ordered the following real property taxes heretofore
erroneously levied be cancelled:
Taxpayer: Shoreline Properties, Inc.

Roll: 1969-1970
Amount Cancelled: $3,453.90
Approved: FREDERICK M. CUNNINGHAM
