AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AMENDMENT TO JOINT POWERS AGREEMENT
FOR COUNTY-WIDE INTERGOVERNMENTAL COOPERATIVE TRAFFIC RECORDS
SYSTEM (ACTRS) (EXTENDS CONTRACT, DETAILS MANAGEMENT AND COST
ALLOCATION OF SYSTEM AS NOW OPERATING)
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that the certain joint powers agree-
ment heretofore on February 24, 1970, entered into by the County of Alameda and all of the munici-
palities in said County, as authorized by this Council's Resolution No. 7579, adopted January 6, 1970,
and which agreement provides generally for participation by said parties in the Consolidated Traffic
Records System established by the U. S. Department of Transportation, be amended in the manner set
forth in the written contract entitled, "Amendment to Agreement for Intergovernmental Cooperative
Consolidated Traffic Records System," heretofore presented to the City Clerk and marked, "Filed,
April 20, 1971," which amendment provides for the extension of said agreement and specifies management
and cost allocations to the various parties of the operating System; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said Amendment is approved and the City Manager and City Clerk
be, and each hereby is, authorized to execute and attest to, respectively, on behalf of the City, the
said document on file in the office of said City Clerk.

introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the
20th day of April, 1971, by the following vote, to wit:
