CITY OF ALAMEDA RESOLUTION NO. 7764
DENYING APPLICATION OF HEIDRUN I. FOX TO FILE LATE CLAIM
FOR DAMAGES AGAINST CITY
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that pursuant to Section 911.5 of
the Government Code of California, and upon the recommendation of the City's insurer, the application
of Heidrun I. Fox for leave to present a late claim against the City of Alameda be, and is hereby,
denied.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that notice of said denial shall be given to the intended claimant
by the City Clerk by mailing a certified copy of this resolution to:
