CITY OF ALAMEDA RESOLUTION NO. 7768
APPROVING FINAL MAP OF CONDOMINIUM SUBDIVISION KNOWN AS
TRACT 3299 (2709 CENTRAL AVENUE - DORIC DEVELOPMENT, INC.,
A CALIFORNIA CORPORATION)
WHEREAS, there has been heretofore filed with and approved by this Council on March 16,
1971, a Tentative Map entitled "Tract No. 3299, Tentative Map - Portion of Lots 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 and 10
of Block 9, Map of Part of the Hays and Caperton Property, Alameda, California, " a condominium sub-
division of an existing eight-unit apartment building located at 2709 Central Avenue; and
WHEREAS, the Subdivider, Doric Development, Inc., a California corporation, has filed with
this Council for approval the Final Map of said subdivision;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that the Final Map of
Tract 3299, a condominium subdivision of a portion of Lots 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 and 10, Block 9, Map of Part
of the Hays and Caperton Property Recorded in Book 5 of Maps, Page 6, Alameda County Records, be, and
the same hereby is, approved.

I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly
introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the
4th dav of May, 1971, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Fore, Levy, Longaker, McCall and President La Croix, Jr., (5).
NOES: None,
ABSENT: None.
