CITY OF ALAMEDA RESOLUTION NO. 7772
AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT WITH WILBUR SMITH & ASSOCIATES,
INC., CALIF. FOR TRAFFIC STUDY
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that an agreement between the City
and Wilbur Smith & Associates, Inc., Calif., for a traffic study in connection with the proposed
development of Bay Farm Island, in substantially the form of that heretofore on file in the office
of the City Clerk marked, "Filed, May 4, 1971," be and the same hereby is approved, and the City
Manager and City Clerk be, and each is, authorized to execute and to attest to, respectively, said
agreement on behalf of the City.

I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly
introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the
4th day of May, 1971, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Levy, Longaker and President La Croix, Jr., (3).
NOES: Councilmen Fore and McCall, (2).
ABSENT: None,
