CITY OF ALAMEDA RESOLUTION NO. 7781
APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT BETWEEN
CITY AND STATE (DEPARTMENT OF PARKS AND RECREATION) FOR
LAND AND WATER CONSERVATION FUND PROJECT NO. 06-00143 -
WOODSTOCK PARK DEVELOPMENT
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that the Project Agreement, hereto-
fore filed in the office of the City Clerk and marked, "Filed, June 1, 1971," between the City of
Alameda and the State of California, acting by and through its Department of Parks and Recreation, by
the terms of which provision is made for federal reimbursement of an amount not to exceed $15,631.50
(of the total project cost of $31,263.00) under provisions of the Land and Water Conservation Fund
Act of 1965 for the development of Project No. 06-00143, "Woodstock Park Development," described as,
Development of two of the four acres of said Park, including
extension of the picnic area to add tables, barbecues, slabs
for tables, an overhead shelter structure, necessary grading
and ground cover, and installation of a softball night lighting
system for the field and adjacent areas,
be and the same is hereby approved, and the City Manager and City Clerk are authorized and directed
to execute and to attest to, respectively, said agreement on behalf of the City.

I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly
introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the
1st day of June, 1971, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Fore, Levy, Longaker, McCall and President La Croix, Jr., (5).
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
