Resolution 07793221 CITY OF ALAMEDA RESOLUTION NO. 7793 APPROVING PARCEL MAP NO. 652 FOR DIVISION INTO CONDOMINIUMS OF PROPERTY AT 2615 SAN JOSE AVENUE, AND PERMITTING RECORDING THEREOF (C. A. WOOLDRIDGE, CIVIL ENGINEER, FOR D. B. BITNER CO. INC.) BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that pursuant to Section 11-319.1 of the Alameda Municipal Code, Parcel Map (Property Division Map) No. 652, being a division into condominiums of the property at 2615 San Jose Avenue, heretofore accepted and approved by the Plan- ning Board and all public improvements thereon having been satisfactorily completed, is hereby approved and permission given to subdivider to record same subject to the conditions set forth in the City Engineer's report to the City Planning Board of the City of Alameda dated November 20, 1970. * * * * * * * * * * I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 15th day of June, 1971, by the following vote, to wit: AYES: Councilmen Fore, Levy, Longaker, McCall and President La Croix, Jr., (5).
