AND BAILEY, CIVIL ENGINEERS, FOR ALBERT B. AND MARY LOUISE
DUBBS)
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that pursuant to Section 11-319.1
of the Alameda Municipal Code, Parcel Map (Property Division Map) No. 682, being a division of
the property located at 34-36 Garden Road, heretofore accepted and approved by the Planning Board
and all public improvements thereon having been satisfactorily completed, is hereby approved and
permission given to subdivider to record same subject to the conditions set forth in the City
Engineer's report to the City Planning Board of the City of Alameda dated March 24, 1971.

I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly
introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the
15th day of June, 1971, by the following vote, to wit:
