AUTHORIZING DEPOSIT OF ADDITIONAL ESCROW FUNDS IN CONNECTION
WITH CONSTRUCTION OF CITY APPROACHES TO FRUITVALE BRIDGE
REPLACEMENT
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that Resolution No. 7742, adopted
March 2, 1971, which authorized an agreement between the United States, the Wells-Fargo Bank and
the City of Alameda establishing an escrow fund to be used in connection with construction of City
approaches to the proposed Fruitvale Avenue Bridge replacement, be and the same hereby is amended
to provide that an additional sum of $77,600.00 be made available for transfer to said fund, and
that said sum is hereby ordered paid in accordance with the terms of the agreement authorized by
said Resolution.

introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the
7t4 day of September, 1971, by the following vote, to wit:
