CITY OF ALAMEDA RESOLUTION NO. 7836
REQUESTING STATE DEPARTMENT OF FINANCE TO PREPARE SPECIAL
CENSUS ESTIMATE AS OF OCTOBER 1, 1971, AND AUTHORIZING
EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT BETWEEN CITY AND SAID DEPARTMENT
THEREFOR
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that the City of Alameda, pursuant
to Section 2107.2, Streets and Highways Code of California, hereby requests the State Department
of Finance to prepare a special census estimate of the population of the City of Alameda, California,
as of the date of October 1, 1971.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to enter
into an agreement between the City and said Department under which said estimate shall be made and
providing for the method and cost thereof, a copy of which agreement is on file in the office of the
City Clerk.

21st day of September, 1971, by the following vote, to wit:
