CITY OF ALAMEDA RESOLUTION NO. 7843
AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AMENDMENT TO FRUITVALE BRIDGE
REPLACEMENT ESCROW AGREEMENT
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that the City Manager and City Clerk
be, and each hereby is, authorized and directed to execute and attest to, respectively, an amendment
to that certain agreement, authorized by Resolution No. 7742 adopted March 2, 1971, between the United
States, the Wells Fargo Bank, and the City of Alameda, which provided for the deposit of money in
escrow to be used in connection with construction of City approaches to the Fruitvale Bridge replace-
ment, said amendment to provide only that the City deposit an additional sum of $27,700 in said escrow
and that said agreement remain unchanged in all other respects.

I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly
introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the
21st day of September, 1971, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Fore, Levy, Longaker, McCall and President La Croix, Jr., (5).
NOES: None,
ABSENT: None.
