CITY OF ALAMEDA RESOLUTION NO. 7846
APPROVING PARCEL MAP NO. 748 FOR DIVISION OF PROPERTY CONSISTING
OF LOT 1, LOT 3, AND SOUTHEASTERLY PORTION OF LOT 2, BLOCK 2,
TRACT 3011, AND PERMITTING RECORDING THEREOF (JONES-TILLSON &
ASSOCIATES FOR PAN PACIFIC DEVELOPMENT COMPANY)
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that pursuant to Section 11-319.1
of the Alameda Municipal Code, Parcel Map (Property Division Map) No. 748, being a division of Lot 1,
Lot 3, and southeasterly portion of Lot 2, Block 2, Tract 3011, heretofore accepted and approved by
the Planning Board, and involving no public improvements, is hereby approved and permission given to
subdivider to record same subject to the conditions set forth in the City Engineer's report to the
City Planning Board dated August 5, 1971, as modified September 24, 1971.

I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly
introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the
5th day of October, 1971, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Fore, Levy, Longaker and McCall, (4).
NOES: None.
ABSTAINING: President La Croix, Jr., (1).
ABSENT: None.
