ACKNOWLEDGING APPOINTMENT OF MEMBER OF BUILDING CODE
BOARD OF APPEALS
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA, that the appointment by the Mayor,
pursuant to Section 204 of the City of Alameda Building Code, of ROBERT DUNCAN NICOL, in place of
Italo A. Calpestri, III, as a member of the Building Code Board of Appeals, to hold such office at
the pleasure of the Mayor, is hereby acknowledged.

I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly
introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the
19th day of October, 1971, by the following vote, to wit:
