CITY OF ALAMEDA RESOLUTION NO. 7851
AMENDING SALARY RESOLUTION NO. 7806 BY CREATING ONE (1)
ADDITIONAL POSITION OF ASSISTANT CIVIL ENGINEER AND DELETING
ONE (1) POSITION OF JUNIOR CIVIL ENGINEER
BE IT RESOLVED GY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that Resolution No. 7806, adopted
July 13, 1971, be amended by creating one (1) additional position of Assistant Civil Engineer and
deleting one (1) position of Junior Civil Engineer in the Engineering Department, as follows:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said deletion of one (1) position of Junior Civil Engineer
shall become effective at the time the one (1) additional position of Assistant Civil Engineer is
filled.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the provisions of this Resolution shall supersede those portions
of Resolution No. 7806, and of any other resolution in conflict herewith, and all such conflicting
provisions are, to the extent of such conflict only, hereby repealed.
