1337 SHERMAN STREET, ALAMEDA, CALIFORNIA, AND PERMITTING
RECORDING THEREOF (JOHN J. BARNI)
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that pursuant to Section 11-319.1
of the Alameda Municipal Code, Parcel Map (Property Division Map) No. 791, heretofore accepted and
approved by the Planning Board, is hereby approved and permission given to subdivider to record
same, subject to the conditions set forth in City Engineer's report to the City Planning Board of
the City of Alameda dated October 22, 1971.

introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the
