CITY OF ALAMEDA RESOLUTION NO, 7364
AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AMENDMENT TO COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT
BETWEEN STATE AND CITY RELATING TO MODIFICATION OF CERTAIN
EXISTING TRAFFIC CONTROL SIGNAL SYSTEM
WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 7519 adopted August 5, 1969, the City and the State of
California, acting by and through its Department of Public Works, Division of Highways, entered into
an agreement relating to modification of traffic control signal system and safety lighting at the
intersection of Atlantic Avenue with State Highway Route 260 (Webster Street); and
WHEREAS, the parties desire that the state's financial participation in said work be increased,
due to rising costs prevailing from the time the original cost estimate was prepared and construction
thereof completed;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that the agreement
hereinabove in the recitals referred to be and hereby is amended and modified as follows:
(a) Page 3, Line 2, substitute S5,905 for $4,400;
(b) Page 3, Line 4, substitute 45,905 for $4,400.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor be and hereby is authorized to execute on behalf of the
City a modification of said agreement, and the City Clerk directed to attest to same, substantially in
the form of that on file in the office of the City Clerk and marked, 'Filed, December 7, 1971."

7th day of December, 1971, by the following vote, to wit:
