CITY OF ALAMEDA RESOLUTION NO. 7867
AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AMENDMENT TO CONTRACT NO. N62474-67-
C-0153 (MODIFICATION P000013) RELATING TO SPECIAL SERVICES
FURNISHED BY CITY TO U. S. NAVY OFF-STATION PUBLIC QUARTERS
WHEREAS, the United States of America, District Public Works Office, Twelfth Naval District,
San Bruno, California, has submitted a form of Modification, amending Contract No. N62474-67-C-0153
(formerly NBy(U)-44650) heretofore on June 19, 1962 entered into pursuant to Resolution No. 6362, and
relating to special services to be rendered by the City to the United States Navy Off-Station Public
Quarters; and
WHEREAS, said amendment, denominated Modification P000013, increases the estimated annual
cost by $900.00; deletes the annual cost of $29,700.00 provided for by Modification P012 and substitutes
$30,607.00 therefor; deletes the modification numbers A001 through A008 and substitutes P0001 through
P00008 therefor; and deletes the modification numbers P009 through P012 and substitutes P0009 through
P000012 therefor; and
WHEREAS, this Council is familiar with the provisions of said amendment, and it is in the
public interest that said Modification P000013 should be executed;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that the aforesaid
Modification amending Contract No. N62474-67-C-0153 (formerly NBy(U)-44650), Modification P000013,
be entered into, and the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute same on behalf of the City of Alameda
and the City Clerk is authorized to attest same.

introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the
7th day of December, 1971, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Fore, Levy, Longaker, McCall and President La Croix, Jr., (5).
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
