CITY OF ALAMEDA RESOLUTION NO. 7872
APPROVING PARCEL MAP NO. 761 FOR DIVISION OF PARCEL 1 OF
PARCEL MAP NO. 567, ALAMEDA, CALIFORNIA, AND PERMITTING
RECORDING THEREOF (SOUTH SHORE CENTER, INC.)
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that pursuant to Section 11-319.1
of the Alameda Municipal Code, Parcel Map (Property Division Map) No. 761, heretofore accepted and
approved by the Planning Board, is hereby approved and permission given to subdivider to record
same, subject to the conditions set forth in City Engineer's report to the City Planning Board of
the City of Alameda dated August 26, 1971.

I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly
introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the
21st day of December, 1971, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Fore, Levy, Longaker, McCall and President La Croix, Jr., (5).
NOES: None.
