Resolution 07875CITY OF ALAMEDA RESOLUTION NO. 7875 AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT WITH THE PACIFIC TELEPHONE AND TELEGRAPH COMPANY FOR FURNISHING AND MAINTENANCE TO CITY OF PRIVATE LINE TIME-RECORDING EQUIPMENT BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that the City Manager and City Clerk be, and each hereby is, authorized to execute and to attest to, respectively, on behalf of the City, a contract with the Pacific Telephone and Telegraph Company, denominated "Time-of-Day Service Agreement," which provides for the furnishing, service and maintenance by said Company of private line time-recording equipment to City's Police Department, said contract to be substantially in the form of that on file in the Office of the City Clerk and marked, "Filed, January 13, 1972." * * * * * * * * * * I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 18t4 day of January, 1972, by the following vote, to wit: AYES: Councilmen Fore, Levy, Longaker, and President La Croix, Jr., (4).
