Resolution 07899351 CITY OF ALAMEDA RESOLUTION NO. 7899 AUTHORIZING MAYOR TO EXECUTE APPLICATION FOR GRANT FROM CALIFORNIA COUNCIL ON CRIMINAL JUSTICE TO ACQUIRE VIDEO TRAINING AND SURVEILLANCE EQUIPMENT, AND AGREEING TO PROVIDE MATCHING FUNDS THEREFOR WHEREAS, the California Council on Criminal Justice may consent to review for possible funding the project submitted by the City of Alameda referred to as Video Tape Training-Jail Surveillance System; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that the President of this Council is authorized to execute on behalf of the City of Alameda, the application for grant for law enforcement purposes and special conditions attached thereto. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the app cant agrees to provide the required matching funds to said project.
