Resolution 07900CITY OF ALAMEDA RESOLUTION NO. 7900 GRANTING DORIC DEVELOPMENT, INC., REVOCABLE PERMIT TO STORE TREES AND SHRUBS ON CITY PROPERTY BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that Doric Development, Inc., be and it hereby is granted a permit, revocable at the sole option of this Council, to store live trees and shrubs on vacant City-owned property in the vicinity of Shorepoint Court off Westline Drive, for a period not to exceed seven months, subject to the following conditions: (1) Location and manner of implanting shall be as designated by the City Engineer; (2) Permittee, by acceptance hereof, agrees to hold the City, its officers and employees, harmless from any and all liability and claims of whatever nature, arising out of use of said property; (3) Permittee shall restore said property to its former condition upon expiration of this permit or upon removal of said materials from the site. * * * * * * * * * * I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 4th day of April, 1972, by the following vote, to wit: AYES: Councilmen Fore, Levy, Longaker, McCall and President La Croix, Jr., (5).
