CITY OF ALAMEDA RESOLUTION NO. 7913
AUTHORIZING REFUND OF EXCESS CHARGES FOR ENGINEERING SERVICES
($420.16 - LINDSEY, GALLAGHER & WILLETT)
WHEREAS, charges to Lindsey, Gallagher & Willett, subdividers of Tract No. 3270, in the
sum of $805.88 have heretofore been levied and paid for engineering services rendered by the City
in connection with said subdivision, an amount $420.16 in excess of that authorized by Section
11-3132(c), Alameda Municipal Code,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that the sum of
$420.16 be and hereby is authorized to be reimbursed by the City to said subdividers, said amount
to be paid by the Auditor from Special Account No. 161 - "Payments to Correct Errors and Adjustments."

I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly
introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the
18th day of April, 1972, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Levy, Longaker, McCall and President La Croix, Jr., (4).
NOES: Councilman Fore, (1).
ABSENT: None.
