CITY OF ALAMEDA RESOLUTION NO. 7915
AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT WITH JEAN H. SHARP, M.D.
FOR MEDICAL SERVICES
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that the City Manager and the City
Clerk be, and each hereby is, authorized and directed to execute and to attest to, respectively,
on behalf of the City, an agreement with Jean H. Sharp, M.D., by which the latter will provide
certain medical services required by City during the vacancy in the Office of City Physician, said
agreement to be substantially in the form of that heretofore on file in the office of the City Clcrk
and marked, "Filed, May 2, 1972."

I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly
introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the
2nd day of May, 1972, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Fore, Levy, Lonyaker, McCall and President La Croix, Jr., (5).
