Resolution 07917371 CITY OF ALAMEDA RESOLUTION NO. 7917 REJECTING CLAIM OF RICHARD FRAIGE AGAINST CITY BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that the claim for damages against the City in the amount of $20,351.00 heretofore on January 18, 1972, filed by Richard Fraige, whose address is 1823 Alameda Avenue, Alameda, California, be rejected in its entirety on the grounds said claim is not a proper charge against the City; and BE IT FURTHER RFSOLVED that notice of said rejection he in the following words and that a certified copy of this resolution be mailed to said claimant's attorney, Theodore O. Berry, Attorney at Law, 1505 Webster Street, Alameda, California 94501" "NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the claim which you presented to the City of Alameda on January 18, 1972, was rejected on May 2, 1972. WARNING Subject to certain exceptions, you have only six months from the date this notice was personally delivered or deposited in the mail to file a court action on this claim. See Government Code Section 945.6. You may seek the advice of an attorney of your choice in connection with this matter.
