RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 7919 RELATING TO ADOPTION OF
SPECIFICATIONS, SPECIAL PROVISIONS AND PLANS FOR WIDENING
THIRD STREET
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that Resolution No. 7919, adopted
May 2, 1972, is hereby rescinded.

I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly
introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the
16th day of May, 1972, by the following vote, to wit:
