CITY OF ALAMEDA RESOLUTION NO. 7928
AFFIRMING AND ADOPTING AMENDMENTS TO HIGHWAY USERS TAX
FUND BUDGET
WHEREAS, by its Resolution No. 7787, adopted June 15, 1971, this City approved a
project statement and adopted a budget for the expenditure of funds apportioned from the Highway
Users Tax Fund to Cities for the 1971-72 fiscal year, all in accordance with Secs. 2106 and
2107, Streets and Highways Code of California;
WHEREAS, the Superintendent of Streets has proposed Amendments to said budget, Amend-
ment No. 1 for expenditure of Sec. 2106 Funds and Amendment No. 1 for expenditure of Sec. 2107
funds, copies of which are on file in his office, and which it is in the best public interest to
approve;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that said Amend-
ments to the budget hereinabove referred to be and hereby are adopted and affirmed, and Resolution
No. 7787 be and hereby is amended accordingly.

introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the
16th day of May, 1972, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Fore, Levy, Longaker, McCall and President La Croix, Jr., (5).
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
