CITY OF ALAMEDA RESOLUTION NO. 7931
APPOINTING DENNIS Q. PAGONES AND AUGUST WIEMKEN TO BOARD
OF TRUSTEES OF BAY FARM ISLAND RECLAMATION DISTRICT NO. 2105
WHEREAS, by its Resolution adopted May 18, 1972, the Board of Trustees of Bay Farm Island
Reclamation District No. 2105 recommended that this Council, under authority of Section 50604 and
Section 50111 of the Water Code of the State of California, fill vacancies on said Board caused by
resignations of Trustees Charles T. Travers and James S. Hughes, by the appointment thereto of Dennis G.
Pagones and August Wiemken;
WHEREAS, said Board of Trustees represents to this Council that said prospective appointees
are in all respects qualified to serve as Trustees of said District, and the Council relies upon such
representation in making these appointments;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that Dennis G. Pagones
and August Wiemken be and they hereby are appointed to the Board of Trustees of the Bay Farm Island
Reclamation District No. 2105, effective on the date of adoption of this Resolution.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of June, 1972, by the following vote:
AYES: Councilmen Fore, Levy, Longaker, McCall and President La Croix, Jr., (5).
NOES: None.
