CITY OF ALAMEDA RESOLUTION NO. 7938
APPROVING FINAL MAP OF CONDOMINIUM SUBDIVISION KNOWN AS
TRACT 3390 (2137 OTIS DRIVE - GORDON M. CLANCY AND MARY
ANN CLANCY)
WHEREAS, there has been heretofore filed with and approved by this Council on April 18,
1972, a Tentative Map entitled "Amended Tentative Map, Tract 3390, Alameda, California," a condominium
subdivision of an existing 59 unit apartment building located at 2137 Otis Drive; and
WHEREAS, the Subdividers, Gordon M. Clancy and Mary Ann Clancy, have filed with this
Council for approval the Final Map, as amended, of said subdivision;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that said Final Map
of Tract 3390, a condominium subdivision of property located at 2137 Otis Drive, Alameda, California,
be, and the same hereby is, approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Resolution No. 7912, adopted April 18, 1972, and the agreement
therein authorized, be repealed and cancelled, respectively.

introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the
6th day of June, 1972, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Fore, Levy, Longaker, McCall and President La Croix, Jr., (5).
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
