CITY OF ALAMEDA RESOLUTION NO. 7941
ADOPTING BUDGET FOR EXPENDITURE OF FUNDS APPORTIONED FROM
THE HIGHWAY USERS TAX FUND TO CITIES
WHEREAS, in accordance with applicable provisions of Sections 2106 and 2107 of the
Streets and Highways Code of California, a project statement and budget has been prepared showing
the estimated expenditures of such funds recommended to be made during the 1972-1973 fiscal year;
and
WHEREAS, the City Council has considered said budget, is familiar with and approves the
contents thereof;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA, that said budget
be and is hereby adopted as the budget of expenditures recommended to be made from such funds during
the 1972-1973 fiscal year.

I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly
introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the
20th day of June, 1972, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Fore, Levy, Longakcr, McCall and President Le Croix, Jr., (5).
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
