CITY OF ALAMEDA RESOLUTION NO. 7969
APPROVING PARCEL MAP NO. 818 FOR DIVISION OF A PORTION OF
LOT 2, BLOCK 11, TRACT 1898, ALAMEDA, CALIFORNIA, AND
PERMITTING RECORDING THEREOF (ALAMEDA CONVALESCENT HOSPITALS
INC.)
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that pursuant to Section 11.319.1
of the Alameda Municipal Code, Parcel Map (Property Division Map) No. 818, heretofore accepted
and approved by the Planning Board, is hereby approved and permission given to subdivider to
record same, subject to the conditions set forth in City Engineer's report to the City Planning
Board of the City of Alameda dated December 21, 1971.

I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly
introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled an the
15th day of August, 1972, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Fore, Levy, McCall and President La Croix, Jr., (4).
NOES: None.
ABSENT: Councilman Longaker, (1).
