CITY UF ALAMEDA RESOLUTION NO. 7980
SETTING PUBLIC HEARING ON MAP OF REVERSION TO ACREAGE OF
SUBDIVISION TRACT 1289
WHEREAS, on October 4, 1955, a Final Map for the subdivision of Tract 1289 ("Duggan
Tract') was approved by the City Council, and
WHEREAS, Knuppe Development Co., Inc., a California corporation, is now the owner of
the real property of said subdivision, and has filed with the City a final map, designated "Final
Map of Subdivision Tract 3411," for a resubdivision thereof and, concurrently therewith, a map
designed, "Map of Reversion to Acreage of Tract 1289; and
WHEREAS, the state Subdivision Map Act (Sec. 11537, Business and Professions Code of
California) provides for a public hearing on the question of reverting to acreage land previously
subdivided,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that a public
hearing before this Council on the proposed reversion to acreage contained in said "Map of Rever-
sion to Acreage of Tract 1289" shall be held on Tuesday, October 3, 1972, at 7:30 p.m. thereof,
in the Council Chamber located in the City Hall, Alameda, California; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk shall publish notice of said hearing in the
Alameda Times-Star newspaper, at least once in each of the two weeks immediately preceding the said
hearing, and containing the date and place thereof and such other information as said Act requires.

5th day of September, 1972, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Fore, Levy, Longaker, McCall and President La Croix, Jr., (5).
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
